Good morning, Calbayog.. Maupay nga aga sa iyo nga tanan..

Adi ako yana para magpahamtang san akon masolub-on nga panamilit sa katungdanan ko as Chief of Hospital sa Calbayog District Hospital on the force of a Memorandum of Governor Milagros Tan dated February 13, 2009.

Although malamposon an aton trabaho para magkamay-ada na kita LICENSE TO OPERATE ug pwede na kita magserbisyo ha iyo, gin-bawian na ako san katungod nako pagserbi ha iyo.

But Before anything else, allow me to thank everyone who are involved in this success..

An aton mga very dedicated Doctors who served despite the political storm affecting this hospital, we owe you a debt of gratitude nga diri mababayaran bisan pa sa katapusan san panahon.. To you our deepest thanks..

We have so many good plans para sa hospital so we can serve you better.. Pero like all good things, tanan ito nga plano may katapusan. On Jan. 19 of this year, I was designated Chief of Hospital. Angkunon ko nga ako mismo nagruha-duha pagkarawat san kadaku-daku nga resposibilidad san pagdumara san hospital. And it took me several days pag-decide kung Deal or No deal. What inspired me is the dedication and respect the acting governor showed. Ang paglusad niya tikang sa capitolyo ug pagtutok sa mga problema nga maiha na nga nahibayaan. Mga problema hi-unong sa health and livelihood. But mostly its the way that the acting governor treated all of us.. as people. Diri sugad sin usa nga suruguon, diri sugad sin usa ka tawo nga hamubo an baroganan. He treated us as his equal.. diri ubos, diri taas.. Equal. So ginkarawat ko. Now everything else is history.
